Shipping Location
We ship all orders within and outside of India (international shipping).

Order Tracking
You can check the status of your orders by visiting your account. The "Orders" tab allows you to view all recent purchases, and you can click on any current order to track its status.

Expected Delivery Time
Expected delivery times are shown on the product page. You can enter your PIN to check the estimated delivery period. Please note that choosing different shipping options may impact delivery time. We generally process and dispatch orders on the same business day.

Same-Day Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped the within 1 day.

You can also view the expected delivery time when you check out. However, high order volumes may impact shipping times and cause delays.

Payment Options
We support various payment methods, including cash on delivery. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout. We also support multiple currencies, with the option to change currency during checkout, including the Indian Rupee.

For orders received after 1 PM, shipping will occur the next business day. High order volumes may affect processing times, but you can always track your order from your account.

Shipping costs are determined based on factors such as the item's nature, weight, size, and distance. Additionally, applicable taxes may apply to your shipping charges. Our delivery partners strive to ensure convenience in delivery, including the option to request specific instructions, like leaving the parcel with a neighbor.

International Shipping
International orders may incur additional fees and taxes. All charges must be cleared by the customer to ensure smooth delivery.

Exchanges
If your product is damaged or does not meet the description, you can request an exchange. Please initiate your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
